Mike Smith
Mike Smith is a Dallas local hero! He began
tattooing in 1990 at Dead Cat Tattoo. Since then he has tattooed
in places such as New York, Ohio, Georgia, Hawaii, San Diego, Jamaica,
and even the ever exotic Oklahoma. His proficient application
of tattoos is attributed to the extensive experience he has received
working in numerous “street” shops over the years. In
1998 travel to Japan became the highlight of his career. While
there he studied tebori, hand punch tattooing, with the Bon Ten family
and became a member of the Ichimon. He is now one of only a
handful in America that performs both tebori and machine tattooing. His
favorite styles are Neo- Japanese, black and gray, and traditional
Americana but welcomes any project.

Adam Benn
East Texan, Adam Benn, was born to tattoo. He popped out with
a drawing pencil in hand and grew up next to a real live tattoo shop. As
a little kid when his mommy asked him, “What’s you favorite
art, son?” His reply was, “Those drawings next door
with the naked ladies and big boobies.” Needless to say,
the traditional American greats, Sailor Jerry and Ed Hardy, heavily
inspire Adam on a daily basis. He has been tattooing since 2000
and completed an official apprenticeship under Mark C. Merchant. Studies
included Japanese artists such as the admired Horiyoshi III. He
loves tattooing in any style and rarely turns anyone away.
